Interactions
“Interactions” captures the subtle, often unspoken dynamics between people—moments where body language and expression reveal inner emotion. Drawing from archival photographs, particularly mid-20th-century jazz imagery, I reinterpret these social gestures through acrylic painting, freezing ephemeral exchanges for closer contemplation. These works explore how we communicate without words, and how much of our inner world is projected—or misread—by others. By translating historic images into paint, I invite viewers to reflect on the universality and ambiguity of human connection.
